Our restaurant is gourmet, dedicated to sophisticated palates.

For meats and pasta, we have international cuisine, but our specialty is seafood prepared in the purest tradition of Garifuna cooking.

Our already famous Yangonoo, made of sea bass filet with bread crumbs with shavings of coconut meat; additionally, shrimps with coconut sauce, Martinique shrimps or a delicious snapper with accompaniments of fresh salads and Caribbean rice served with a cold glass of imported white wine.
Our dishes are prepared under the highest standards of quality and hygiene.
